In the event you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, you may login to your Ray Padula online account (if registered), email us at orders@raypadula.com, or give us a call M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM EST at 1-866-443-2063.

Unfortunately, you cannot modify your order once it has been placed. However, it may be possible to cancel all or part of your order within a short period of time of order placement, as long as your order has not begun processing at our fulfilment center for shipping.

Please note that due to our expedited order processing that begins immediately upon order placement, there is no guarantee on timing or any guaranteed possibilities of cancellation requests. To request order cancellation, please email orders@raypadula.com, with your order number and cancellation request. If your order has already begun processing, and it's too late to cancel, don't worry - we gladly accept returns on all new, unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
