1. Always store your garden tools in a cool, secure, sheltered location, such as the garage or shed when not in use. Never leave garden tools outside in the elements when not being used.
2. Be sure to clean your garden tools of all dirt, debris, and materials when finished using them. This can be done by washing them with a garden hose and nozzle. It's highly recommended to allow the tools to completely dry, or to hand dry with a soft cloth prior to storage.
3. Keep garden tools stored in a neat, organized manner to avoid accidental damage.
